Assign crew members to events
Assign specific team members to individual events so crew only see their own schedule, and filter events by crew member.
- 1Open an event from Dashboard → Events.
- 2Scroll to the Crew section on the event edit page.
- 3Click "Assign Crew" and select one or more team members from your roster.
- 4Save the event — assigned crew names appear on the events list row.
- 5On the Events list page, use the "Filter by crew" dropdown to view only events assigned to a specific person.
- 6Crew members log in and see only the events they've been assigned to.
- 7Open the Crew section of a show day to see what each person is owed: hours (the day's times plus any setup or breakdown hours) × their rate, any flat amount, and their share of the commission pool.
- 8The commission pool is that day's Crew commission % of the day's Income, shared by hours among everyone on commission. Use "Apply to every day of this event" to set it for the whole run.
- 9A show saved as one entry covering several days (an end date after the start date) pays hours and flat amounts for each of those days: a $100 flat amount over a 3-day entry is $300. The commission pool stays one pool, from that entry's Income.
- 10Tick Paid when you pay someone. The amount is then locked, and the line shows as paid in Expenses and in Reports → Crew. Unpaid lines show as outstanding but still count against the show's profit.
