Keep Square sales off your Shopify stock automatically

Turn on Store Sync so Square sales reduce your Shopify inventory without manual counting.

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Inventory Management and click Store Sync.
  2. 2On Setup, pick the Shopify location your stock comes out of.
  3. 3Check Shopify permissions. If write_inventory or read_locations is missing, add them to your FairKeep app in Shopify, reinstall it, and paste the new token on the Integrations page.
  4. 4Open Mappings and click Re-run auto-match. Items with the same SKU, or the exact same name, match on their own.
  5. 5Work through Needs attention: pick the Shopify product for each, or choose Never sync.
  6. 6Turn Store Sync on. Every 5 minutes, new Square sales come off Shopify stock and refunds go back in. Each sale is counted once.
