A photo or document will not upload

The size caps, the per-plan document allowance, and the limit on one diary entry.

1. 1Event photos are capped at 5 MB each. That is small for a modern phone camera, so a straight-from-the-camera shot is the usual reason one bounces. Resize or export it smaller and it will go.
2. 2Documents and diary attachments get a bigger cap, 25 MB. A scanned exhibitor manual can still exceed it.
3. 3Documents are also limited by plan: Booth Starter cannot store documents at all, Maker holds 50, Vendor is unlimited. Hitting the ceiling is refused with a message about your plan, not a broken upload.
4. 4One diary entry holds 20 attachments. The twenty-first is refused — start a second entry.
5. 5If an upload fails with no message at all, it is usually the file size being rejected before it is really sent. Check the size first.
