Import and export events via CSV

Export your full event list as a spreadsheet or bulk-import events from a CSV file with automatic upsert matching.

  1. 1CSV import and export are on the Maker and Vendor plans.
  2. 2Go to Dashboard → Events.
  3. 3To export: click the "Export" button — Fairkeep downloads all your events as a CSV file.
  4. 4To import: click the "Import" button next to Export.
  5. 5Prepare your CSV with columns matching the Fairkeep event fields (use an export as a template).
  6. 6Upload the CSV in the import modal.
  7. 7Fairkeep matches rows to existing events by title and date (upsert) — matching events are updated, new rows are created.
  8. 8Any rows that cannot be parsed are skipped with an error note in the import summary.
