Watch today’s sales live

The Live View shows today’s takings across every event you are at, and your web orders — totals, each location, other income, your best sellers and income by hour — and refreshes itself every minute.

1. 1On the Dashboard, click "Live View" (top right, next to New event). It needs the Vendor plan and at least one register linked to the show.
2. 2It opens on all of today's events together. The dropdown switches to one event, to Web orders (your Shopify online store today), or to All sales — every event plus web orders.
3. 3Revenue, other income, orders, items, average order and your busiest hour sit across the top; the By source table below splits them by event (and web orders), with a link to each event's full sales report.
4. 4Other income is the tips, vending and other money you have entered on today's events. It is shown beside Revenue, not inside it, so your orders and average order stay true to the register.
5. 5Top sellers switches between 5 and 10. Income by hour shows how the day is building.
6. 6It refreshes every 60 seconds while "Auto-refresh" is ticked, and pauses when the tab is in the background. Click Refresh to update straight away.
7. 7From a show's own sales report, on the day of the show, "Live View" next to This day / Whole event opens it on that show.
