Track Shopify POS revenue per event

Name your Shopify POS devices, link them to events, and see exactly which register earned what at each market.

1. 1Connect Shopify in Settings → Integrations with your Admin API key and store domain.
2. 2Go to Dashboard → Shopify → Devices tab.
3. 3Name your POS devices (e.g., "iPad Mini - Front Register", "iPhone - Roaming").
4. 4Edit any event and scroll to the Shopify POS section.
5. 5Select which device(s) were used at that event.
6. 6Mark a device as "Default" if this event always uses the same register.
7. 7FairKeep auto-calculates POS revenue for that device on the event dates.
8. 8View per-device breakdowns on the Shopify Dashboard tab.
9. 9WHILE A SHOW IS ON, FairKeep keeps the income on that event up to date by itself — it re-reads the register every 15 minutes from the time the event opens until an hour after it closes, so you can see the takings so far without stopping to press Sync.
10. 10It only ever updates a figure it put there. The moment you type your own income into an event, that event is yours and the automatic updates stop for it permanently — no setting to find, just type the number you want.
11. 11An event with no start and end time recorded is treated as running all day.
12. 12A multi-day show is stored as one event per day, so ticking a device links it to THAT day only. Use "Apply to every day of this event" underneath the device list to put the same register on the whole run in one click — otherwise only the first day will ever sync.
