Troubleshooting
Times or hourly charts look shifted
One time zone setting quietly drives more than the calendar feed it is filed under.
- 1Check Settings -> Business, under Calendar: Time zone. It defaults to US Eastern, so if you have never changed it and you do not trade in that zone, it is wrong.
- 2Its description mentions your calendar feed, but it does more than that. Your sales report buckets takings into hours using this zone — so a wrong zone moves your busiest hour, and can push a late evening sale onto the wrong day entirely.
- 3The symptom is a sales report that looks plausible but off: an evening market peaking mid-afternoon, or a Saturday show with sales showing on Friday.
- 4Set it to the zone you actually trade in and reload the report. Nothing is recalculated or lost — the same sales are simply read in the right zone.
- 5If only ONE show looks shifted and the rest are fine, it is not this. Check that event’s own start and end times instead.
