Your free Maker trial

How the 30-day Maker trial works, what happens when it ends, and the 10% first-payment offer.

1. 1New accounts get 30 days of the Maker plan free, no card needed. Settings → Subscription shows how many days are left.
2. 2We email the account owner 7 days and 3 days before the trial ends, and a banner appears in FairKeep for the last week.
3. 3Subscribe to Maker before the trial ends and your first charge waits until the trial would have ended, so you keep your free days. Upgrading to Vendor instead starts billing straight away. Either way your first payment is 10% off.
4. 4If you do not subscribe, your account moves to the free Starter plan when the trial ends. Nothing is deleted; Maker-only features pause until you subscribe.
5. 5A few days later we email a one-week 10% offer in case you want to come back. It applies to Maker and Vendor only — Assistant packs are never discounted.
