Change Shopify prices in bulk
Raise, lower or set prices on many products at once, check the result first, and undo it if you change your mind.
- 1Open Shopify Manager and choose Prices.
- 2Narrow the list with the vendor, type or search boxes. Over 2,500 variants the list stops at 2,500 and says so, so narrow the filters.
- 3Choose how to change the price: by a percent, add or subtract dollars, or set a price. Prices can't go below $0.00.
- 4Choose rounding: none, nearest dollar (this can round down), or end in .00, .95 or .99. The endings always round up to the next ending, never down.
- 5Click Preview to see every old and new price. Changing any setting clears the preview, so preview again before you go on.
- 6Click Confirm & apply. Undo is available until you leave the page.
- 7To set prices from a file, upload a CSV with the columns sku, price. A SKU used on more than one variant is flagged and not changed, and a SKU listed twice in the file uses only the first.
- 8This needs read_products and write_products on your Shopify token.
