Change a Shopify location's address

Move one of your Shopify locations, such as Roaming POS, to where you are selling, so Shopify charges the right sales tax.

  1. 1Open Shopify Manager and choose Locations.
  2. 2Pick the location. Its current address is shown.
  3. 3Type the new address, or click Use my current location to fill it from your device's location. Check the ZIP.
  4. 4Click Save in Shopify.
  5. 5If Shopify refuses the change (for example the state), its message is shown so you can fix the address and try again.
  6. 6This needs read_locations and write_locations on your Shopify token.
