Tools & Integrations
Fulfill Shopify orders with tracking
Ship orders one at a time or in bulk, add tracking to fulfilled orders that don't have any yet, and email customers their shipping notice.
- 1Open Shopify Manager and choose Shipping.
- 2Pick a range of 7, 30 or 90 days. You get the newest 100 orders in three lists: awaiting fulfillment, partially fulfilled, and fulfilled without tracking.
- 3To fulfill an order, choose the carrier and enter the tracking number. Orders ship from the location Shopify already assigned them to.
- 4For an order fulfilled without tracking, add the tracking to it from the third list.
- 5To do many at once, upload a CSV with the columns order, carrier, tracking. Carriers are matched to USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL Express; anything else becomes Other. An order listed twice uses only the first.
- 6Email customers is on by default, so they get Shopify's shipping notice. Untick it to fulfill without emailing.
- 7This needs read_orders, read_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders and write_merchant_managed_fulfillment_orders on your Shopify token.
